These classes are aimed at training the muscles and strengthening the joints to help the body do everyday movements like pushing, pulling, jumping etc, without injury, and to its fullest ability.
These classes have limited spaces available to ensure that every individual is supported at their own skill level, but that it still feel like you are part of a group that is working together towards a shared goal – to be the healthiest version of themselves.

3 Compulsory foundations classes during which the specific techniques of all movements, which members can expect in a functional fitness class, is explained in depth. Coach Ghian will establish each individual’s starting skill level within these 3 sessions and set the foundation to help you grow from there.
Total of three session of 1 hour each over three days.

These fun and energetic classes are facilitated by Karli form KCKinetics.
Young ones between the ages 6 and 14 are welcome. In these classes we aim to instill healthy habits like mobility training, flexibility practices, cardiovascular development and life lessons that will last a lifetime.
